Andrii Dykun is the founder of the SaveUA charity foundation.

With the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Andrii united the teams of the three largest agricultural associations into one charity foundation to help the affected Ukrainians and farmers whose farms were destroyed by the enemy. He started active international activities to attract donor support and partnership with the foundation. 

Andrii has a degree in agriculture. He has completed internships in leading food-producing countries: USA, Canada, China, the Netherlands, Germany, Israel, Brazil, Argentina. He founded the Association of Milk Producers (AMP), which includes 90% of dairy farms, according to the TOP-10 Most Productive Farms of Ukraine rating, and the Association of Pig Producers of Ukraine (“APPU”), which includes 60% of the industrial pork market. In 2015, he established the Ukrainian Agri Council (“UAC”), which unites more than 1 200 agricultural enterprises with a total land area of 3 500 000 hectares.

Public figure, philanthropist. His experience allowed him to effectively establish the SaveUA charity foundation, support Ukrainian farmers in the most difficult times, and provide food to more than 2 million people affected by the war. 

close Vitaliy Nakonechny

Vitaliy Nakonechnyi is the head of the Save Ukraine Charity Foundation (SaveUA).

He has been practicing law in Ukraine since 2011 and has extensive experience in providing legal advice in the areas of taxation, investment, foreign economic activity, support during inspections by regulatory authorities and appealing their results in administrative and/or judicial proceedings. He also has experience in establishing and registering public associations, charitable foundations, amending their statutory documents and providing legal support for their core business.

On 29.03.2022, Vitaliy Nakonechnyi was appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Charitable Organization SaveUA, where he works to the present day.

 

close Sergii Maslov

Serhiy Maslov - keeps accounting of all the goods and items that come to the foundation's warehouse from partners and donors. 

He joined the team of the SaveUA charity foundation from the first days of the war when he learned that a humanitarian headquarters had started working in Uman. His 9 years of experience as a distributor in the film industry and professional organizational skills enabled him to quickly and efficiently streamline all processes and launch the warehouse's logistics system from scratch.

An entrepreneur from Uman with 18 years of experience, has his own grocery store. Since the beginning of the war, he decided to help the SAVE UA headquarters with his skills and knowledge. In the early days, he organized the supply of the headquarters from concerned citizens from the EU and the UK

She graduated from the Pedagogical University in 2012 and started working in the foundation's team at the same time. She organized the largest agricultural conferences in Eastern Europe.

From the first days of the war, she started working for the foundation - she organized humanitarian aid for the residents of the occupied territories, participated in the work of the food headquarters.

Now Oksana communicates with international donors, works on raising funds to help her fellow citizens.

Daria graduated from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. All organizational talent was discovered in the organization of agricultural events. Organization of conferences, forums and exhibitions for several thousand participants is not a problem for her. With the beginning of the war, she organized the process of receiving humanitarian aid at the headquarters warehouse in a matter of hours.

close Viktoriia Skrypnyk

Professional manager of agricultural events. Before the full-scale invasion, she organized large-scale agricultural exhibitions in the open field, where hundreds of types of agricultural machinery were presented, and the number of visitors exceeded 5 thousand people. Since the beginning of the foundation's activities, Viktoriia has been organizing the procurement of goods for tens of thousands of food sets that the foundation's team packs and distributes to Ukrainians affected by the war.

Victoria has a degree in economics. She graduated from the Agricultural University. Since 2008, she has been working in Andriy Dykun's team. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, when the foundation started its work, she has been working in the team of the Save UA foundation! She holds the position of chief accountant of the organization and controls all financial operations. Victoria is responsible for the correctness of the preparation and submission of financial and economic reports of the foundation's activities.

close Oleksandra Palamarenko

Graduated from Uman Agrarian University, then worked in a laboratory for milk quality and safety. Then she decided to pass on her knowledge to farmers. For two years, several hundred specialists from dairy farms have taken practical and theoretical courses at the training center. When the SAVE UA humanitarian headquarters in Uman was opened, Oleksandra was one of the first to contact international companies that produce equipment for dairy farms and involved them in helping Ukrainian farms affected by the fighting.

close Olena Gumenyuk

Olena graduated from Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University with a degree in English and literature.

She has 7 years of experience in organizing conferences and Field Days. In peacetime she worked with commercial companies and international organizations. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Olena joined the SAVE UA team. Now she applies the acquired knowledge and skills to attract assistance from international organizations.
